MONROE, La. (KNOE) - On June 4, dozens of volunteers searched for a missing Bastrop woman in Morehouse Parish.

Nobody has heard from 29-year-old Tabitha Queen since Mother’s Day.

Her family has been fed up with both the Bastrop Police Department and Morehouse Parish Sheriff’s Office for their inaction in the case.

During the search, a gun was found behind Dotson Park concealed in three black trash bags. Right now, law enforcement doesn’t know if the gun is connected to the Queen case
