MONROE, La. (KNOE) - On March 20, 2021, voters in parts of the state will participate in two special elections to fill U.S. Congressional seats.

In Northeast Louisiana, voters in the following parishes will vote in the 5th Congressional District race: Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, West Carroll, and Winn.

12 candidates are on the ballot. KNOE interviewed the candidates who agreed to sit down with us. Here are those interviews in the order the candidates appear on the ballot. We reached out to Horace Melton III, Richard Pannell, and Errol Victor Sr., but did not hear back.
