UPDATE: The sheriff’s office says Williams has been found safe.

OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KNOE) - Ouachita Parish Sheriff Investigators are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.

Timothy Williams, of Monroe, was last seen in the Town & Country area on Jan. 2, 2021. He is described as a Black male, 5′3″ tall and weighing 155 lbs.

Williams is the same man who filed an excessive force complaint in June 2020 after he says several Monroe police officers kicked and punched him while under arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
