More coronavirus cases, deaths reported in Louisiana
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Louisiana health officials said just over 100 more people have died from the coronavirus in Louisiana, marking the state’s second highest total reported in a single day.
The Louisiana Department of Health, in its update Friday, reported 105 more confirmed deaths, bringing the confirmed total to 7,411. The only day with a higher total is April 14, when 129 deaths were reported.
