ULM to host a community supply drive for McNeese State University

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The University of Louisiana at Monroe will be hosting a community supply drive for sister school McNeese State University which was affected by Hurricane Laura.

The drive will start on October 7 and end on October 16. Donation bins will be set up at the Student Union Building, ULM library, and Schulze Dining Hall.

The university will be accepting donations from the community on Oct. 12 through Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

They say the supplies needed include toiletries, cleaning supplies, water, canned goods, non-perishable food items, baby food and formula, pet food, diapers, gloves, trash bags, batteries, shovels, insect repellent, rakes, and brooms.

ULM will deliver the supplies to McNeese on Oct. 20.
