ULM breaks ground on Sandel Hall renovations

Posted: Updated:
MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News)- The old library at ULM will soon serve a new purpose on campus.

Ground was broken on renovations to Sandel Hall. The building served as the school's library up until 1999.

After the renovation it'll be mostly class-rooms.

Land3 Architects were the contractors that built the hall in 1961, now they'll have the honor of fixing it up.

University officials says they hope to have the new Sandel Hall ready for use by Spring 2016.
