Vitter announces staff satellite hours

Posted: Updated:
MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News)  – U.S. Sen. David Vitter (R-La.) today announced staff satellite office hours for residents of Morehouse this Friday, June 20, in Bastrop. Vitter and his staff use satellite offices in addition to his town hall meetings around the state to make it easier for his constituents to find help in dealing with federal agencies. Vitter said his staff has recently been hearing a higher volume of cases dealing with the Veterans Administration and encourages constituents to bring those concerns as well.

Residents are invited to attend these office hours and meet with a member of Vitter’s staff to discuss any problems they may have with any federal government agency. Constituents unable to attend these office hours can always call the Northeast Louisiana regional office in Monroe at (318) 325-8120 to speak to a member of Vitter’s staff. The Monroe office, located at 1651 Louisville Avenue Suite 148, is open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (appointments are recommended).

Vitter will be represented by staff and will not personally be in attendance.

The office hours will be held this Friday.
