The San Jose Real Estate Investing Club (San Jose REIC) will host it’s monthly meeting on the topic “Alternative Funding Sources To Find Capital” at Harry’s Hofbrau House on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from 7:00-9:00pm.

The San Jose Real Estate Investing Club (San Jose REIC) will host it’s monthly meeting on the topic ”Alternative Funding Sources To Find Capital” at Harry’s Hofbrau House on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from 7:00-9:00pm. The featured speaker will be Michelle Musa, an Asst. Branch Manager of Comerica Bank in Burlingame, California. Michelle Musa, an Asst. Branch Manager of Comerica Bank in Burlingame, will detail step-by-step specifically how to can use a home equity line of credit (HELOC) for funding transactions as well as what mistakes to avoid when applying for one.
