BuyMemphisnow.com Expands Investment Property Inventories to Meet Greater Demand

Posted: Updated:

Memphis remains best American city for rental property investors reports BuyMemphisnow.com.

Memphis, TN, United States of America – April 10, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ —

Investment property specialist buyMemphisnow.com announced the expansion of its inventory of rental homes. The full-service firm has sought to meet growing demand for single-family and other residential rental properties in the Memphis area and has met with great success over the past several years. In addition to offering turn-key, renter-ready properties for investors to select from, it provides best-in-class management services.

“The Memphis real estate market remains a hot one for investors,” company founder Craig Jennings said, “and we are ramping up our selection of homes to meet the unprecedented demand we have been experiencing.” Memphis was ranked number one among U.S. cities for rental property investment potential last year by industry analyst RealtyTrac. Its combination of low residential property prices and high rental demand have made it an especially attractive market for investors. Despite this recognition, property prices have remained stable enough that investors have continued to find very attractive terms on single family homes for sale in Memphis TN.

“Our every move is made with off-site investors in mind,” Jennings continued, “whether they are based out of state or in another country entirely. Investors can be confident that the homes we list are the cream of the crop.” The Memphis turn key real estate provider is the top company in its niche and does extensive research to ascertain the investment potential of every home it considers acquiring. Beyond looking at the condition and inherent value of properties themselves, it takes great pains to weigh factors such as neighborhood, nearby schools, and other characteristics that will also influence rental demand and eventual resale value. After renovating homes, and oftentimes lining up tenants, it lists the properties for purchase by investment-oriented buyers from around the world.

Memphis real estate investing is a hot topic among those looking for great returns on their investments,” Jennings said, “and buyMemphisnow.com is the best place to get started with this terrific opportunity.” In addition to offering turn-key properties for sale, the company also provides optional full-service management. Buyers who choose properties from its inventory may arrange for their own management or simplify things by taking advantage of its services instead. This combination of capabilities means that even investors located on other continents entirely can easily and simply benefit from the potential of the Memphis market without leaving home.
