MONROE, La. (AP) - A Monroe man, arrested Friday after he reportedly sent hundreds of obscene text messages, may have been involved in similar cybercrimes in another state.

An incident report filed with the Natchez Police Department in February accuses Robert J. Pohl of using a female victim's photo as his Facebook profile picture.

Ouachita Parish sheriff's deputies say they contacted the victim in relation to the accusations, but because the reported incident happened in Mississippi, it will be handled by local authorities.

According to the police report, the Mississippi victim said Pohl posted degrading comments under her picture on his Facebook page.

Pohl was booked with stalking and harassing phone calls. He bonded out of the Ouachita Correctional Center on Monday.

It was unclear whether his has an attorney.
