Man arrested after fleeing from State Police

RICHLAND PARISH, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Louisiana State Police have arrested a man after he fled from them in Richland Parish.

Troopers attempted to stop Keyon Carraway, 32 years old from Monroe, on a traffic violation on I-20 eastbound in Richland Parish.

Carraway refused to stop and continued east on I-20 for roughly 10 miles before finally stopping. Carraway was driving a 2013 Nissan ALtima. Carraway was arrested without incident and charged with, Improper Lane Usage, No Driver's License, Reckless Operation Of A Vehicle, Flight From An Officer, Possession Of Marijuana, Open Container Violation. He was booked into the Richland Parish Detention Center.
