Arrest warrant issued in shooting case

OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a teen suspect wanted in a shooting last week. He is considered armed and dangerous.  

Arrest warrants have been issued for 17-year-old Tony Lavelle Hunter II, of Monroe for attempted second degree murder, aggravated criminal damage to property and illegal carrying and discharge of weapons in relation to a reported shooting that occurred on Langford Drive on January 24th.

Bond is set at 600,000.00. Hunter also has warrants for illegal possession of stolen things and intimidation of a witness. Bond on these two charges is 50,000.00.

The sheriff's office says Hunter should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.
