ULM receives donation for high school STEM programs

MONROE, La (KNOE 8 News)- The University of Louisiana at Monroe received a $64 thousand dollar check from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank.

The money will support science, technology, engineering and math programs in our high schools. Also known as STEM programs.

Specially selected Monroe City, Ouachita Parish, and East Carroll Parish Schools will participate in the program in its first year.

The program will add other schools in the future.
