ALEXANDRIA, La. (KNOE 8 News/AP) - U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley's office says a 41-year-old man already serving more than 26 years for narcotics and weapons charges has been sentenced to another 80 months of prison time for stabbing a fellow inmate.

Finley, in a Thursday news release, said John Waller, of New Rochelle, N.Y., stabbed a fellow inmate with a makeshift knife in March 2010 at the U.S. Penitentiary at Pollock. The attack was recorded by the prison's video recording system.

Waller as found guilty by a jury in September and was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Dee Drell.
