UPDATE:

MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A judge has recused himself from Michael Siddon's indecent behavior with a juvenile case.

Siddon, who was set to be arraigned today, will now be arraigned on October 18.

Siddon has a relative that works at the judge's office, so no local judge can hear the case.

Retired Judge Glynn Roberts, from Rayville will now hear the case.

Charles Kincade, Siddon's attorney, says his client is innocent and everyone has rushed to judgment.  In the hearing, neither Siddon or his wife commented.
