UPDATE: Suspect caught after threatening Rayville Walmart employee

UPDATE:

RAYVILLE, La. (KNOE 8 News) -Police have captured a suspect after he allegedly threatened a Walmart employee in Richland Parish.

Marvin Wilson, 30, of Rayville, has been caught after threatening an employee at Walmart and fleeing the scene.

The threat caused the store to evacuate for about an hour as law enforcement searched the building. The store was reopened to the public after being given the all-clear. The suspect was captured elsewhere in Rayville.

Wilson is charged with terrorizing and stalking.

Police evacuated the Wal-Mart in Rayville just after 1:00 Sunday afternoon as they searched for a suspect.

No details are being released at this time by Rayville Police, Richland Parish Sheriff's Office, or Louisiana State Police, all of which are working to find the suspect.

A customer that was inside the store when police came inside tells KNOE that police were searching for a possibly armed suspect. We are told that customers are being let back inside.
