MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The West Monroe Street Crimes unit made six arrests in connection to a meth lab in Monroe.

Early Sunday morning, West Monroe officers questioned Donald Jones, Devon Hatten, and Barbara Watson, outside Walgreens after witnessing them buy pseudoephedrine. Each told police a different story, then Watson admitted that Jones asked her and Hatten to by the pseudoephedrine for the purpose of making meth, and that he'd pay them $25.

The West Monroe Street Crimes unit executed a search warrant at Jones' home at 287 Tulane Street in Monroe. Three suspects were found inside: Mickle Till, Jr., Mindy Jones, and Gregory Hamilton. An active methamphetamine lab was discovered as well as all the items needed to make meth.

All were charged with Operation/Creation of a Clandestine Lab, and Conspiracy to Create a Lab.
