WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office and Crimestoppers need your help after a utility vehicle theft.

It happened on August 16, when investigators say a suspect stole a 2009 blue Yamaha Rhino from a residence on Tack Allen Road.

The owner says he came home to find the kitchen drawer open, where he keeps the keys to two utility vehicles. The keys as well as his Yahama Rhino were gone, and the spare key to his home, left by the back door was also missing.

So far, there's no word on a description of the suspect sheriff's deputies are looking for.

"Police have no leads of suspects in this case, and we need your help," says Sergeant Mark Johnson, "If you have any information about who may be involved in this crime, or any other felony in Ouachita Parish please call the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office at 329-1200, Crimestoppers 388-2274, or you can visit us on the web at www.crimestopperstip.com, or you can go to facebook."

Remember, when calling in a tip, you never have to leave your name and if your tip leads to an arrest or indictment you can earn up to $2000.
