CALDWELL PARISH, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A third arrest has been made in connection with the largest meth bust in Caldwell Parish history.

Bradley Norrell has been arrested on charges of possession of 200 grams of meth with intent to distribute.

Saturday police stopped a vehicle driven by Carmen Hutto, with passenger Amber Malcomb. Deputies searched the vehicle and seized a half pound of meth that was allegedly being brought into the parish for distribution.

Sheriff deputies say Norrell placed numerous phone calls to Hutto regarding narcotic transactions. Officials say this is an ongoing investigation and more arrests are possible.
