PARAGOULD, Ark. (AP) - A man has pleaded guilty to having a role in the death of a 92-year-old man during a home invasion robbery last year in Paragould.

Prosecutor Scott Ellington said Monday that Rashon Webb pleaded guilty to a first-degree murder charge, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated burglary.

Webb was sentenced to 92 years in prison. He was one of two defendants accused in the November 2012 death of Clinton Mason.

Webb's co-defendant, Lavelle Branch-Griffin, is to appear Sept. 4 in Greene County Circuit Court for a pretrial hearing. His trial is set for Nov. 4 in Paragould. Branch-Griffin is being held in the Greene County Jail on no bond.

Ellington credited Paragould police and state police for their work in the investigation.
