Guilty plea entered in casino stabbing case

VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - A Warren County man charged with stabbing his girlfriend at a Vicksburg casino faces 20 years in prison after agreeing to plead guilty.

24-year-old Clarence Jones entered a guilty plea Friday to charges of aggravated assault.

He had been set to go to trial this week on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated domestic violence and a burglary.

Circuit Judge M. James Chaney set sentencing for Aug. 30.
