Stuffed Bell Peppers

INGREDIENTS:

Bell Peppers halved

Frozen Spinach

Pimentos

8 oz. Cream Cheese

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

French Fried Onions to top peppers with

Frozen Broccoli in bag

Ground Sausage

Tony's Seasoning

Paprika

 

MOP:

Boil Peppers for about five minutes.  Brown Sausage and add seasonings.  Cook Spinach. Then add Cream Cheese and shredded cheese.  Also add broccoli to vegetable mixture.  When cheeses are melted down add sausage.  Fill Cooked mixture into halfed peppers, top with Fried Onions, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
