1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup cocoa
3 Tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons instant coffee dissolved in
2 teaspoons of hot water
2 cups of heavy cream
Combine condensed milk, cocoa, butter, and coffee in a saucepan. Cook over low heat while stirring until butter melts. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
Beat cream in large bowl until stiff. Fold mixture into cream. Refrigerate mousse for two hours or until set.
