Arrest made in Kaufman County killings

KAUFMAN COUNTY, Tx. (KNOE 8 News) - Texas Police officials are saying former Justice of the Peace Eric Williams will be charged with capital murder in the deaths of Mike and Cynthia McLelland, and Mark Hasse.

Williams was booked into Kaufman County Jail early Saturday morning for making terroristic threats and "insufficient bond."

He's being held on a $3 million bond.
