MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Friday, March 22nd, on Good Morning ArkLaMiss, Chef Cory Bahr will be on the show as a special guest.
Chef Bahr was a winner of Food Network's "Chopped," as well as recently was featured at this year's Grammy Awards.
The chef will cook 2 Lenten friendly dishes on the show.
He will talk about his recent successes, the Monroe restaurant, Cotton, and his motivations in how he cooks. Bahr says his passion for food is found in the ingredients he uses.
"My passion for food is found in the ingredients. I've worked tirelessly to find the local flavors of the Arklamiss that will connect with the people here," he said. "From alligator to rabbit, local vegetables and fruits, these things fuel what I create."
Chef Cory Bahr will be featured on Friday's episode of Good Morning Arklamiss during the 6:00 AM hour.
