MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Have you ever heard of "CASA" and wondered what the volunteers do?This week, you can get a first look.
The Court Appointed Special Advocate group is offering informational sessions for people who are interested in volunteering. Q-and-A sessions have been set up to recruit new volunteers to provide a voice in court for abused or neglected children.
The next event is scheduled for Thursday, March 21st at Noon at the CASA office on Riverside Drive in Monroe.
