WASHINGTON, D.C. (KNOE 8 News) - Arkansas' 4th Congressional District Representative is speaking out on Obama's meetings this week at Capitol Hill.
Cotton said that while Obama's meeting has been called a "charm offensive," what was needed from the President is a "substance offensive."
Tom Cotton issued this statement:
"We need to reach areas of substantive agreement. It's not a matter of personalities or political gamesmanship. I don't want the President to fail. I just want him to change when it comes to policy."
