Warrant issued for former city worker

MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's office along with state police are on the look out for a former Monroe city worker.

An arrest warrant has been issued for ex-engineering employee Ricardo Nance. He along with former city leader Sinyale Morrison are charged with public payroll fraud.

The district attorney's office says police have been to Nance's house and can't find him. Morrison turned herself in a week ago.

Her arraignment date has been pushed back to April 1st because of scheduling conflicts.
