COLUMBIA, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A kidnapping suspect wanted in Rapides Parish has been captured in Caldwell Parish.
A spokesman for the Caldwell Parish Sheriff's office tells KNOE 8 News that the 41-year-old female kidnapping victim is safe. Detectives from Rapides Parish arrived in Caldwell Parish Thursday night to take the unidentified suspect into custody.
