BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation (NASDAQ: IPCC) announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock.  The annual rate of $1.20 per share represents a 33% increase over the dividend paid in 2012.  The dividend is payable on March 29, 2013 to holders of record on March 15, 2013.
