MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - One of three men suspected in an armed at Town and Country Apartments was in custody Friday night.
The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office tells KNOE 8 News that Justin D. Perkins, 25, of Monroe, was arrested on Friday. More arrests are expected in the case over the weekend.
An unidentified victim was robbed at gunpoint outdoors at the complex at about 7 o'clock on Thursday night.
