4 slices Turkey Bacon cooked 1 floured tortilla 1 medium tomato (sliced) Romaine Lettuce Honey Dijon or Creole Mustard Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Spread a light coat of mustard on tortilla. Place 1-2 leaves of lettuce on tortilla. Place sliced tomato on lettuce. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper to taste. Next place cooked turkey bacon on top of tomato. Roll tortilla, folding at the ends. Slice into 2-3 inch slices.
