MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Monroe Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a Person of Interest in connection with a December 15, 2012 Assault/Robbery.
The case involved a victim being struck in the head with a hammer by the suspect. Monroe Police have obtained a warrant to further the investigation.
The Person of Interest is Mark Elijah Brown. Brown is a resident of Monroe. He was contacted by Monroe Police Detectives but failed to present himself to the police regarding any connection to the crime.
