RUSTON, LA. (KNOE 8 News) - On this Saturday, Feb. 2nd, Ruston will be adding another event to the Mardi Gras weekend festivities.
The 12th Annual Krewe of Allegro Mardi Gras Ball will be taking place from 8 PM to 12 midnight at the Ruston Civic Center on 401 N Trenton St.
The event is being put on by the Ruston Civic Symphony Society, Inc.
The ball will host a silent auction, a portion of the proceeds benefiting the North Central Louisiana Arts Council. Also at the ball will be a dance, a live band and a full dinner catered by Campatori Catering.
Tickets are $60 per person. KNOE 8 News has learned that you can arrive at the civic center at 7 PM and pay by cash or check.
