MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Finding the assessed value of property in Ouachita Parish should be easier.
Thursday the assessor's office unveiled an upgraded website that includes exemption forms, historical data and millage rates. The assessor says it is now easier to search real estate property records.
Information free to the public includes ownership records, legal descriptions, sale histories and assessed values of properties in the parish. Visit the website here: www.opassessor.com
