MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Monroe police have confirmed, 34-year-old Terresz Robinson wanted for two sexual assaults, has been arrested.
Investigators say the suspect was captured in Monroe.
Police say Robinson attempted to strike again at the 4800 Block of Millhaven Road. Sergeant Mark Johnson says the man attempted to abduct a woman. According to Johnson, she managed to escape safely. However, the suspect then drove off with her car, Johnson said.
Police caught up with the stolen vehicle along with the suspect. After a lengthy questioning period, detectives say they believe the man is behind the two sexual assaults in Monroe.One happening near ULM and the other on the 5000 Block of Blanks Street.
Robinson is being booked in OCC.
He's charged with Car-Jacking, Attempted 2nd Degree Kidnapping, and two counts of Forcible Rape.
