MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A Monroe man is dead after a fatal wreck in Ouachita Parish. It all happened late Saturday night on State Highway 15, south of Interstate 20.
Troopers say 50-year-old Stanley Kilcrease was not wearing a seat belt. That's after, police say, his truck ran off the road and slid sideways.
Alcohol use is unknown and the crash is still under investigation.
