MOREHOUSE PARISH, La., (KNOE 8 News) - Morehouse authorities are looking for a person of interest in the death of a woman who was found in a ditch there. The woman, Ms. Julia Vogel was last seen walking east on the milepost 38 on ramp near Minden on the late afternoon of January 12th or 13th.
The photos are from security in a truck stop casino in the Minden, La. area in the pre-dawn hours of January 12, 2013, two days before Ms. Vogel's body was discovered in rural Morehouse Parish.
The unknown white male was last seen at a casino wearing a white tee shirt with a large graphic on the back. The graphic is thought to possibly be in the shape of the state of Louisiana.
In one of the pictures of the man, a necklace he's wearing can be seen outside his shirt.
The man appears to be in his late 20's to mid-30's and he is a smoker.
Although the video is of poor quality, the man is thought to possibly have short red or sandy colored hair and long sideburns.
The Sheriff's office made it clear that this man is NOT considered a suspect, but they would like to identify and speak with him.
