BATON ROUGE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - Louisiana's Education TV network having technical problems.
A producer at the Baton Rouge network center said late yesterday that some equipment overheated and power had to be shut off there. No fire was reported, however.
WLPB, the broadcast station that programs much of the state LPB affiliates, did report that there was an issue with equipment and fire trucks were called.
A show about gun control that was interrupted will be rebroadcast later.
No word on when the station or affiliates will begin broadcasting programming again.
