NEW ORLEANS, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin's federal arraignment has been rescheduled.  Nagin was charged last Friday with taking contractors' bribes in exchange for helping them secure lucrative work for the city.

Nagin's arraignment was scheduled for January 31, 2013, however, U.S. District Judge Helen Berrigan rescheduled the court date for February 20, 2013.

The federal indictment accuses Nagin of accepting more than $200,000 in bribes, island vacations and other gratuities. Charges against Nagin include bribery, wire fraud and filing false tax returns.
