EAST CARROLL PARISH, La., (KNOE 8 News) - A boil advisory has been issued for the East Carroll Water System South.
Because of a pump malfunction in the Walnut Bayou Water system, which supplies water to the East Carroll South System, the water is currently of questionable microbiological quality.
All water should be brought to a full rolling boil...then after it has reached a full rolling boil, it needs to be boiled for at least one full minute.
This should be done with all water intended for human consumption and/or food preparation.
