MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Shots were fired in Monroe and police are seeking the person behind it. It all happened on the 400 Block of North 24th street. Monroe police say two people were in an argument over a debt around five o'clock Saturday evening.
According to officers, two shots were fired and one bullet struck a car in this neighborhood. No one was injured. No arrests have been made. Police say the scene remains under investigation.
The car's owner tells us, off camera, he doesn't know why a person shot at his vehicle.
