MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - According to Clerk of Court Koyne Smith, Monroe City Court will open at regular hours on Wednesday. The only courts scheduled are criminal & traffic at 9am & 1:30 pm.
If people have problems accessing the court this morning we understand & will accommodate.
