VICKSBURG, Miss. (KNOE 8 News) - The Warren County Sheriff's Office is investigating the first murder in the area of 2013.
Sheriff Martin Pace says a body of a 19-year-old was found on Old Jackson Road. Pace says it all happed around 2 a.m. on January 2. Investigators say he was pronounced dead on the scene after finding a gun shot wound to the head.
Last Friday night, deputies arrested Edward Nazie and charged him with murder. Monday night, Quenterious Williams was taken to jail and also charged with murder.
Both men are being held without bond. If convicted, Mississippi law states they must get life in prison.
