MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - One lawmaker is calling to end term limits for the president. New York Representative Jose Serrano, a Democrat, is waiting on the House to get back to him about his resolution.
It first has to go to a committee, but many feel the proposal is dead on arrival. The measure, introduced Friday, is calling for an amendment to be made to the U.S. Constitution.
