MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Ouachita Parish Deputies are helping you make it in the right direction after tonight's New Year celebrations.
The sheriff's office is joining a nation-wide crackdown to stop impaired driving. Deputies say you can give safety cab a call. They are offering free rides from 8:00 p.m. Monday night until 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.
They will pick you up from a party or bar and take you home. They will not transport you to another party of drinking establishment. The number to call for a ride is 318-322-3113.
