MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A Tennessee man is accused of having sex with a juvenile in Ouachita Parish. 26-year-old Joe Moore is behind bars at the Ouachita Correctional Center. Deputies say on Christmas night, around 11 P.M. Moore engaged in a sexual act with the juvenile in the Swartz area. The sheriff's office says Moore admitted to only kissing the young guy. However, according to deputies, the victim says otherwise. Moore is charged with Carnal Knowledge of Juvenile and is being held on a $25,000 bond.
