Proper planning is required to ensure safety for you and yours. Here's a checklist from LSP for New Year's Eve:

  • Have a plan
  • Buckle up and make sure all persons in your vehicle are buckled while on the road
  • Watch LSU Tigers Win
  • Enjoy New Year's Eve festivities with family and friends
  • Remember that impairment starts with ONE drink
  • Don't Drive Impaired. Designate a sober driver, call a cab, or stay where you are.
  • If you travel on foot or by bicycle, wear bright clothing, be cognizant of traffic and travel safe.
  • Start 2013 safe and healthy!
