MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Monroe Police is asking for your help in trying to locate this suspect in an Armed Robbery that occurred on December 15, 2012, in the 1800 block of Tower Dr. Monroe, LA.
The investigation revealed that a black male suspect medium to dark complexion on a bicycle approached a white female as she was exiting her car. The suspect asked the victim if he could use her phone. As she was walking, the suspect hit the victim with a blunt object and grabbed her purse when she fell to the ground. The suspect rode off from the scene with the victims belongings. The suspect was wearing all dark clothing with glasses and possibly a hoodie style shirt.
