Method of preparation For quesadillas pre-heat sauce pan over med-high heat, add olive oil. Place 1 ea tortilla in skillet, place cheese on tortilla and cover with 1 remaining tortilla. When first tortilla is golden brown flip over and brown other side of the quesadilla. When golden brown on both sides remove from sauce pan and cut into four pieces. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
